Martin's Camping Ground, in Joliet, IL, is the are's premier campground serving Chicago, Minooka, New Lenox, Lockport, Homer Glen and surrounding areas since 2017. Great campground. I had an extended stay for 8 months due to work. Great Facilities bathhouse was always warm and clean. They have great rates on Propane and have everything you need to pump your tank with out moving your rig if you are at a water and electric site. Really liked the location being close to a bigger town but not in town! The owner and office lady Brenda were super nice! Stayed here for multiple months and never had any issues! Will definitely return again

I stayed at Martin's for about 6 months while I was working at one of the refineries. First off I will say it is a nice quiet campground. There is no wifi which does kinda suck, no pool or fancy club house or onsite laundry. But what they do have is a Brenda. Brenda is the office manager and is very pleasant helpful sweet and kind. The campground is conveniently located to anything you need in town and to the refineries. Be forewarned they are open all year but do shut the water off during the winter which from what I hear is typical for other campgrounds around the area. They do have access to water to fill fresh water tanks and onsite bathhouse. And for the women they do have a code for the women's bathhouse so that not just anyone can go in there. I would recommend staying there if you're in the area for work or play.
